Q.

4 months have paassed off my delivery and ... i m feeling pain of menstruatuon ... can i have maftal spas tablet to cure the pain ?

A. It should be taken during unbearable pain during menstruation and not on regular basis. . Take hot water bag on tummy and take good rest. Have warm tea and avoid exertion and if pain persists then you can take and consult your gynaecologist once.
