4 months baby urine is mild yellow in colour

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. child is four months old is having yellow colour urine it could be either because of not taking proper feeding the concentrated urine could be there or maybe some infection which needs examination of the urine
