4 month old baby ,white spots seen on chest and neck is it normal??

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriagsis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousrturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
