4 month baby not turning towards sound

A. eye contact is also there but sometimes she doesn't look

A. she smiles back, roll over started from 2.5 months itself and if crying gets calm by listening poems. also gets startled by loud sounds

A. Hai good evening !! What about other milestones of roll over, social smile (smiling back) recognizing mothers voice... If baby not responding to loud noises,not looking at sounds,no response of familer sounds need assessment however baby is too young. check milestones (physical and fine, gross motor skills month by month little delay is ok but consider red flags( physical milestones delay for months,no smiling,no eye contact, movement of only hand like shivering consult developmental pediatrician without delay.
