ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Baby starts giving social smile recognise mother and near one's and make some sounds and head rising starts so keep giving tummy time to baby as it helps in strengthening the muscles of the baby especially the neck and shoulder muscles

Hello ma’am See after the age of three months a child learns to recognise faces see here and there and gets easily distracted just responding to sounds names whistle and clap everything that’s the thing a child should do is buy the age of four months and also starts rolling from bank to tummy and from Tully to back and the head is stable by the age of 3 to 3 1/2 months
