4 days before my son was having fever I gave ibujesic plus for 2 days after that gave calpal.. now he is fine he want to school as well.. but sometimes he is telling headache and he is sleeping lot.. is it ok or do i need to worry about it.. is all side effects of ibujesic plus syrup I have doubt bcoz first time i have used that syrup

The medicine that you gave previously is usually given in case of high fever otherwise it is not advisable to be given it’s only given on your doctors recommendation and sometimes after having fever the body could be lazy and lethargic as they don’t eat well so they drop on their energy so you can start with a B complex supplement as of now
