4.8yrs old son having temp of 99 to 102f.and doctor told little throat infection is also der which is viral in origin.wat to do please suggest me?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4.8 months old and he is having a body temperature from 99 to 102 degrees then it’s very risky for him and he needs plenty of water
