4.5 months old baby... from past 3 days she is not giving any sound like ha vu... simply smiling... she had cough and I fave t minic drops... now she is not giving sounds... always chewing... not passed motion from past 5 says... only breastfeeding... aways having cold and stuffy nose

It will correct soon
Use saline nasal drops
Give adequate feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
No need to worry about it no stool till 7-8 day is considered as normal
