Q.

3rd month started for my baby and he is sleeping long in night ,my breast is full. is this normal in this month?

A. yes express milk safely. breastfeeding is the best source of immunity and nutrition for baby . Exclusive mother feeding should be done for six months for brain growth . No formula milk is recommended as it s not needed . No ghutti or water till six months .
