3 Yr old baby not eating food and does not accept anything

Try to give more of liquids to the child if that is also not working if your child is completely shutting off to the food then you’ll have to get it examined with your doctor to know better about it and the doctor has to examine and then only help you with the situation and what can be a solution to that
