3 years old baby girl have suffering from rashes. it's appearing hardly 3 to 4 hours. after 4 hours automatically it's not visible and appear another place... please suggest the medical advice

A. Hi parent It could he because of the season take sunbath undr the clear sky give her supplements as directed by pediatrician dont over feed or force feed her
