apply noble cold ointment over baby's chest back And neck at bedtime.
give indirect steam inhalation.
visit your paediatrician and start treatment as advised

Give steam inhalation to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold. Give warm tulsi ginger honey water 3-4 times in a day
