3 year old doesnt realize hunger. if we dont feed him.he will.not want food. any medicine to.increase appetite?

A. hi mom kids do that dont worry let him play, get tired and seek for food then give one pot meals mix veg dal khichdi with ghee rice dal milkshakes lassi
