3 months old have red pus acne all over the body. what should I apply ?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to apply some neosporin powder on the affected area a couple of times in the day in order to make sure that the pimples go away completely basically it is a powder which helps to make the pus completely dry
