ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you can try to feed adequate ok.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.

Ohh How is your child very weak is your child so much underweight or your child is not picking up with anything like the milestones or something can you please be specific because for 46 months the child is going to gain weight with the breast feed that you are giving and if you believe that your child is weak then your breast feed is not sufficient for the child
