Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes reghiularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantvile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

Growth spurts can occur at different ages, but the most common are 3 weeks to 4 weeks, 7 weeks, 10 weeks, 3 months to 4 months, 6 months, and 18 months. During a growth spurt, it is very likely that your baby will be sleeping more than usual.
