3-month-old son has red tiny pimple all over the face it's not healing after applying ointment given by doctor. how to cure ?

A. dear mom. it is looking like some skin allergy. better to meet ur doc for furtger analysis. .andtry to find out allergy causing thing.. keep good hygien.
