Q.

3 month old baby while feeding in time milk will come out from right side nose like few drops is that normal or not

A. okay no problem yg vsmall babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe

A. Maybe you’re over feeding the child which is why this could be happening which are you so so I’m just going to advise you to kindly feed your child only on demand which is what is going to be beneficial and slowly the vomiting is going to reduce them but this weight is normal initial
