3 month old baby sleeping more these days? Is this due to hot weather?

in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
difficult to tell withoutf examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment

At this age also so I don’t think so you need to worry about it if your child does not sleep properly then it would be a matter of concern but as of now like with whatever you are mentioning its hundred percent normal
