Q.

3 month old baby not passing urine sometime in the interval of 10 to 12 hour after a high fever 102 degree and the colour of urine is dark yellow....

A. it seems she is still dehydrated. do increase breaat feefing or foruka feefing yo jeep her hydrate. mshe kust pass 6 yines urie atleat a day. all the very best.
