Q.

3 Month baby - I'm giving formula milk, She is not urinating at night for 6-8 hrs. She only urinates once we wake her up. Can I feed her? Also today she slept for 3 hours in noon without urinating. I wake her up and then only she urinated. can I feed her? I think whenever she is going on deep sleep she is not urinating. I'm waking her up to urinate. is it fine?

A. Baby not urinating at night is usually a sign that they are old enough to hold more urine in their bladder or they are already able to sleep through the night. As long as your baby is wetting at least 4 diapers all day, it is usually not a cause of concern.
