subravaneeMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. The baby should be able to look at you and recognise. Eye coordination should be there and then might try to lift its head provided the head is fixed.Some babies will take time till 5 months also.After that they try to sit and then crawl.3 months not much you can expect other than smiling,moving hands and legs.
