3 days back I got my baby vaccinated for which he developed high fever.. till now fever has not gone... yesterday I noticed tht his tongue has a white spot.. pls let me know if it's due to fever or some infection?? he has got sweat boils on his back for which I have applied candid powder.

A. dear mom. its looking like some yeast infection. for furtger advice it is imp to visit yr local doctor for clinical examination in person. all the best
