Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child. For cold you can give syp maxtra /wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2 to 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly. Indirect steam can also be given. For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remediezs like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink. . For wet zcoughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give baby indirect steam twice a day and also give baby honey with Luke warm water and also can give baby ginger juice with honey thrice a day. Take care
