2years baby ko fungal infection hai,kya apply karna hoga,which cream,soap and powder should use??

Apke baby ko kahan fungal infection hai I mean in which area and secondly you should upload image of it , without looking at it it's not possible to suggest you anything as I don't know how much area it's been spread and how bad is the fungal infection.
