2years baby coughing a little and hvng running noseand at night time difficulty in sleeping,doctor earlier give Alex junior for dry cough should i give him for coughing and runny nose?mucus is not cpning out what to do???

A. is baby is having any problem with cold and cough you can treat the baby temporally with medicines given by the doctor previously and as well use steam inhalation if there is no release please consult a doctor
