give all family food..
Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy.
Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time.
Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

AliyaMom of a 3 yr 8 m old child4 years agoA. that depends on the quantity how much u are going to feed...if its rice then two times mrng n night a small bowl of rice nice n smoothly cooked and in day time u can give them fruit uice and milk but dont give them biscuits bcause due to biscuits thier tummy gets filled and they'll not have anything else and more over they get digestion pblms too

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Try feeding your baby in Babyhug stainless steel glasses and bowls.
