28weeks completed...what diet should I take

A. Hello mam, Have a balanced diet Small and frequent meals pattern should be followed Avoid eating excess sweets, sugar, salt in the diet as chances of hypertension and high sugar levels increases towards end of pregnancy Take fresh fruits and vegetables everyday Include more whole fooods like daliya, oats, jowar, bajra, ragi Add protein in your daily diet If not in bed Rest take small walks for 15 to 20 mins twice a day
