Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Yes u can give. Choose the ones that are gluten free. Also keep it plain with added nuts and dry fruits. chocolate and other flavors may turn addictive. And don't make it a regular meal then the child may start resisting other healthy options.
