26 days old baby grunts and farts whenever awake and everytime poops a little while farting. this happens around 18-20 times a day. the stool is always yellow which has white seedy particles. please suggest if it is normal.

A. it is ok for baby to do. No need to worry mommy . It is fine for the baby . It happen in some babies and willbe normal in some days . There is no need to panic or give any medicine for this to baby .
