24-04-2023my delivery date almost one year but no come my periods 1 weeks back check my pregnancy test it's negative and hemoglobin also 12 why it's late

no medication is needed for that
you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

Lot of long duration after their delivery and that is very normal so need not worry about it you will resume with your period whenever whenever your body is ready for it otherwise if you want you can take a check with your doctor sometimes you don’t disturbance and hormones also you can face the same problem
