21 months boy is not talking atleast one or two words is it autism or speach dealy

There's a fine line between speech delay and autism. Doctors do take speech delay as a part of autism alongwith other factors too such as playing alone, no eye contact, fidgeting, repetition of pattern, watch or listen same thing over n over, likes to smell your hands and many more. Check is there any other issues ur child facing or not.

not necessary to have autism
now a days, because of early exposure to screen like TV mobile ipad etc cause this more
so please keep your child away from such screen exposure
instead of it, spend quality time with your child
play different games like peekaboo, pretended play which definitely help in this
