Q.

20 weeks pregnant with posterior placenta partially covering internal os. Which side should I sleep? Can I sit more than an hour?

A. Yes you can sit for more than one hour and you can sleep on either side as it won’t affect the placenta in anyway. You’re not supposed to walk around or work Or put any strain on yourself Write Your Answer Here
