20 months old baby should I still continue him calshine P drops? And Vi-syneral zinc? Also I want to do de-worming how much zental suspension is advised to 20 month old?

See Any supplement that you are giving to the child first it should be prescribed by the paediatrician and when they prescribe they do tell you the amount and asked for how long do you need to continue with the medicine. Apart from that if your child is having warms then only go for a D warming medicine and that too it first will have to consult your paediatrician only don’t give any medicine just like that
