2 years old baby got sudden temperature increase to 99° to 100°F without any other symptoms. She didn't go out and didn't take any different foods. It seems fluctuating.. What's the problem?

A. hi it happens because of viral Infection so first thing, please keep your child well hydrated give decotion of warm water and Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt,in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours dress your child lightly
