2 years baby has running nose and cough from last 3 days ? please suggest any medicine for instant relief.

There are no medicines for instant relief only antibiotics can give instant relief you want to go ahead with something please ask your doctor with your paediatrician can help you with the right kind of medicine that you should be going ahead with for your child as of now
