2 year 8 months old boy Baby is very aggressive and short tempered. He eats very little and slightly below average in weight(11 kgs) and height(80 cms). He refuses any tonics/syrups strictly. Could you please guide how to manage his growth and aggressiveness.

A. Hello mom try to involve the child in some outdoor activities would be good, so his agression and all could be helped to stablise, and also make sure his diet is free of packaged and sugary foods. if you still feel it isnt helping get the child to behavioral therapist.
