Q.
2 weeks back, i had myomectomy done. I was advise to go with normal diet but would like to know if having eggs everyday is ok? I do have low hb, bp and Vitamin D count.

it is high in good quality protein and zinc these are important nutrients and help in wound healing especially after surgery and build immunity
