Have milk twice a day with any supplement powder. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. Avoid having anything in cold like juices or cold water.

Maybe or not eating sufficient amount of food which is helping you to give proper health and with you but the more concern over here is that if the child is gaining weight then that is good enough but yes your weight is also concerned but initially in 3 to 4 months due to morning sickness and not eating with some women do not gain weight now I would recommend you to have more of proteins that’s going to be very beneficial for you
