2 months and 20 days baby had fever after vaccination on monday, yesterday fever went down but today fever came back. last recorded fever was 100.4 at 10 pm I given calpol as advice by doctor but right on fever is 99.5 and she's feeling nauseous.

Consider it a fever if the armpit temperature is 100°F or more before giving paracetamol. Consult a doctor before using stronger medicines like ibuprofen or mefenamic acid. If fever persists after 3 days, see a doctor. Keep the child in a cool environment.
