Q.
2 month old daughter,last 2 days she is doing 3 times a day and yellow little watery but today morning it was bit green colour anything to worry she is on bf 80% and 20% on formula milk

just continue with exclusive breast feeding.

green stool is normal
as such no need to worry.
usually it is caused by iron supplements of formula
so if there is no mucus in stool ,if child is not showing any other discomfort like low apetite, irritability,low weight gain etc then no need to worry about it much.
