Q.

2 month old baby needs to be fed every 1 hr and even he is not ready to unlatch even after 30 minutes. why is it so. isn't he getting enough milk. when will this stop. really worried

A. most of the babies will be getting the required amount of reading within 15 to 20 minutes of aktu sucking afterwards baby will be doing only dream feeding we can remove the baby after 25 to 30 minutes

A. If baby has reached its birth weight then no need to feed every hour. It is suggested to feed as per demand. scheduled feeding is recommended for the first month when baby losses weight post birth so that it can reach his birth weight again. Taking feed for 30 minutes in each session is enough for a two months old. Feed as and when your little one demands now. Take care
