Q.
2.5yr girl.she was suffering fever.1 O clock and 6 O clock take P 250 _ 3.5 ml.now she had fever. 2days before her head is heat like fever .but today only fever is high.what I do.even her stomach also look like a gas

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children.
But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefenamic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful .
Doctor consultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irrihtability djullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

Try giving a light sponge bath to reduce the intensity of the fever. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Give easily digestible homemade healthy foods and water in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and glasses.
