Q.
2.5 years old girl baby chokes suddenly in her sleep. at times, it leads to vomit. is it acid reflux ? how to cure it ? please help. (she frequently vomitted til 1.5 years)

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. it is very important to make the child sleep in lateral position so that the problem of reflux decreases and also decreases the chances of aspiration. also it is advisable to make the child sleep in slightly head elevated position.
you'll have to give antacids to the child and also decrease the the heavy diet as well as spicy diet for the child
