Q.

18 months baby - She got dark spots on her 2 tooth and we still use finger brush and we giving her Iron drops irregularly (due to constipation). pls advise

A. You should maintain good oral hygiene and brush teeth twice a day and after solids give dew sis if water to drink and these stains can be due to iron supplement

A. It Could be due to the iron rods that you are giving to the child sometimes I can be stated you do I didn’t drops also so need not worry about it even if the regular I think that’s the reason you are you should start using proper fluoride free toothpaste and brush to clean the teeth of your child and if needed please take an advice from a paediatric dentist
