18-month-old pulling their legs toward their stomach while lying down, while remaining active and acting normal.She mostly done this while she is lying on bed ...I can't understand the exact reason for this

A. See a lot of times if the child is having any kind of discomfort then the child doesn’t but otherwise if the child is completely relaxed and doing it that means your child is comfortable and trying to relax the body and probably to pass gas discomfort otherwise there’s no problem
