17 month complete hone k baad bhi harshvardhan k teeth sirf 6 hi aye hai uske baad kyu nhi aa rhe hai?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. teething pain starts around 3 months . first tooth eruption can occur between 7 months to 17 months of age. after that gradually all primary teeth will appear in the next 2 to 3 years. primary teeth begin to fall by 6 to 7 years gradually being replaced one after the another with secondary tooth. usually all primary will be replaced with secondary tooth by 10 to 11 years off age.

It will come why do you worry because it’s different for different kids by completing the age of three years a child should have an entire set of 20 teeth so right now there is no delay in the process so unnecessarily we just getting worried without any reason
