A. 15 months old doesn't need cerelac. You can give everything that you eat as family. At this age babies can eat food from the family pot. Give atleast 5 times main meals including 2 snacks in a day. Give all the seasonal fruits and vegetables. Include ghee butter and other dairy products into your baby's diet. Fish, eggs, chicken can be given too. You can see the list below for more ideas Breakfast - Idli, dosa , uttapam, chilla etc can be given along with coconut chutney or sambhar etc whichever is convenient. Snack 1 - it can be anything which is light and can easily digestible before lunch. Dryfruits laddoo or any fruit or yogurt etc can be given. Lunch - It can be Dal, rice, roti, vegetables, chicken, fish, paneer, eggs or whichever the family is eating with less spice and oil. Snack 2 - It can be again a light meal. At this time you can give yogurt, milk, puffed rice, Makhana, sauteed paneer etc. Dinner - Oats, roti, Dal sabzi are good for dinner.
