13 weeks means which month is started plz tell me

Its Simply three months complete and the fourth month started approximately four weeks in a month account search about 12 weeks for three months and then one month more so you have started with your fourth month as of now some months do have five weeks so you can calculate it either three months complete or beginning of the fourth one
