12 months baby uggu preparation lo what should I include plz mom's tell me which dals and dry fruit all

A. you should keep it simple because a pulses like urad dal, which is included commonly is heavy to digest instead of that you should go for moong dal and keep including seasonal fruits and veggies and some natural probiotics like curd or buttermilk yoghurt because they are rich source of natural probiotics that will keep the digestion good
